The NAIS symposium is organized by the Norwegian AI Society as a meeting place for AI researchers in Norway. It aims to bring together researchers and practitioners in the field of artificial intelligence from Norway and Scandinavia to present ongoing work and discuss the future directions of AI. With the symposium, NAIS provides a forum for networking among researchers and building links with related research fields, practitioners, businesses, and the public sector.

2024: 14th Scandinavian Conference on AI (SCAI) organized by SAIS and NAIS at Jönköping University, Sweden.

2023: NAIS-2023 was held at the University of Bergen.

2019: NAIS-2019 was held at NTNU.
